Karya Siddhi Puja

For the undertaking that matters. Ganesh ji to clear the path, Lakshmi ji to prosper it, Saraswati ji to steady the hand: three graces gathered behind one precise sankalp.

Karya Siddhi Puja

Overview

What Is This Puja?

Karya Siddhi Puja is the combined household rite performed for the success of a specific undertaking: a career move, a new role, a decisive interview, a professional milestone the family has worked towards. The rite gathers three graces behind one precise sankalp. Ganesh ji is invoked to remove obstruction from the path, Lakshmi ji to bring prosperity to the outcome, and Saraswati ji for the clarity, skill and right speech the undertaking demands. Each deity is honoured with pujan and the key recitations of their worship, as guided by the pandit's krama. The sankalp in this puja is precise by design: it names the specific karya the family brings. At SiddhiStar, the puja is performed at home, or as an Online Puja with the pandit performing live from Narwar Dham while the family joins live from home. Your gotra and Kul Devata are recorded at booking. The base puja takes approximately two hours, with Hawan offered as an optional 30-minute add-on at booking.
SiddhiStar Note
The parampara has always understood that an undertaking succeeds on three legs: an open path, a favourable outcome, and a steady mind. A household preparing for the decisive interview, the new posting, the make-or-break year, prepares all three. Karya Siddhi Puja is that preparation given ritual form: the family does everything in its power, and then places the karya itself before the divine.
