What Is This Puja?
Kaal Sarp Dosh Puja is the traditional graha shanti observance for Kaal Sarp Yoga - the natal chart configuration where all seven planets are positioned between Rahu and Ketu. The rite is performed when an astrologer has identified the configuration and the family wishes to observe the parampara-prescribed shanti.
The puja moves through purification, sankalp, invocation of Ganesh ji and Sheshnag, the central jap of 21,000 Rahu and 21,000 Ketu mantras (42,000 in total), the worship of Rahu and Ketu through traditional offerings, and the symbolic release of a silver or copper naag pratik into flowing water. At SiddhiStar, the rite is performed at home, or as an Online Puja with the family joining live from home. The base puja takes approximately two hours, with Hawan offered as an optional 30-minute add-on at the time of booking.

Yellow mustard is offered to the four directions to secure the puja space.
Understanding the sequence helps you participate meaningfully rather than merely observe. The 42,000-mantra jap is completed within the rite through the Narwar 1+6 pandit model; the naag pratik visarjan is performed by the family post-puja.

SiddhiStar Samagri Policy
The SiddhiStar Anushthan Samagri required for the puja is included in the puja price. The family may choose to receive the samagri at home before the puja date, or arrange the required items themselves from a local kirana store or home delivery app. Either option is honoured equally. The Anushthan Samagri is provided for convenience and standardisation, and is not a separate charge or a ritual necessity.
Hawan Samagri is separate from the Anushthan Samagri and is available as an optional add-on at an additional charge. If the family opts for a Hawan as part of the puja, the applicable Hawan Samagri will be included and charged separately.
