What Is This Puja?
Rudrabhishek is the abhishek of Mahadev, the bathing of the Shivling in a continuous sacred dhara while the Rudra mantras are chanted. The parampara holds it among the most complete of Shiv worships, offered for the raksha of oneself and one's family, for unnati, and for the sarvavidh vikas of one's children, and it teaches that a household does well to hold it from time to time. Sawan Maha Rudrabhishek is this rite performed collectively at Narwar Dham through the month of Sawan, the month set apart for the worship of Mahadev as Navratri is set apart for the worship of Shakti. It is not a puja brought to your home and it is not a one-to-one online sitting. It is the Dham's own Maha Rudrabhishek, conducted by the acharyas and pandits of the parampara, in which devotees participate through sankalp: your name and your gotra, recorded at booking, spoken before the abhishek begins.
The parampara treats Sawan as the most fruitful season of Shiv aradhana. Bilva is dear to Mahadev, the jal dhara dearer still, and it is held that abhishek offered through this month carries the grace to fulfil the sincere manokamna a devotee brings to it. Mahadev is Ashutosh, the one swiftly pleased, and Mrityunjaya, the conqueror of death, and the parampara holds his grace especially fruitful in this age, settling the grahas, lengthening aayu, and turning the mind toward peace. What you receive in this participation is presence within that grace. The complete rite is streamed live on the SiddhiStar app, from the sankalp through the abhishek of the Shivling, the bilva patra arpan, the hawan and the closing aarti. Nothing is arranged by you: there is no samagri to source, no pandit to receive, no appointment to keep. You join at the appointed hour and the Dham does the rest.
Participation is Rs 101 for one date. Devotees may participate on a single date or on as many as they wish, each carrying its own sankalp, and through Sawan, when the Dham holds the Maha Rudrabhishek on alternate days, many keep the fuller run of the month. Families who want a pandit at home, or a puja performed for their household alone, should book Rudrabhishek as Ghar Par Puja or Online Puja; both continue exactly as before. This is a different offering, not a replacement.

पवित्रीकरण व आचमन | Pavitrikaran & Achaman
The acharyas purify the Rudrabhishek sthal at Narwar Dham with sacred water and achaman before the rite begins. Devotees joining on the app are invited to sit before their own pooja ka sthan as the stream opens.

तिलक व रक्षाबंधन | Tilak & Rakshabandhan
Tilak of chandan and bhasma is applied and mauli tied at the Dham. Participating devotees may apply tilak at home as the rite opens; the parampara asks for the gesture, not the geography.

दिग रक्षण | Dik Rakshan
Yellow mustard is offered to the four directions, securing the Maha Rudrabhishek sthal.
